coach lauren strickler

coach lauren attended the level 2 usat coaching certification in chula vista, ca. in addition to her usat certification she has a running coach certification from team in training, and is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. she has been involved in coaching group training programs for runners, walkers, and triathletes since 2001, and has been teaching group exercise and been involved in the fitness industry since 1997. also, she received her bachelor�s degree in nutrition from cornell university in 1998. lauren completed her first triathlon in 1999, and became an ironman in 2001.  contact lauren at lauren@triharder.com.
